Message	6 ton stands will always be bigger than 3 ton, and are good for when you want to yank on things. You shouldn't be resting the Z on the weld seam anyway, I always use the frame rails. IMHO. Those Northern tool ones look nice, and I may snag a set for the garage. I'll probably just make my own silicone floor pads for them.
